Lansing Rehabilitation Services is

Whether you call, email or stop into the office, the LRS staff will welcome you with a smile and a knowledgeable, prompt response. During this initial contact the LRS staff will ask needed in-take questions to ensure we provide you with the best possible care. These questions will include, patients name, reason for physical therapy, including script or referral details, best contact method, and insurance information. Once these details are taken LRS will schedule an initial exam, during this exam you will meet with a licensed Physical Therapist who will discuss in depth your immediate concerns, and ultimately with your agreement, design the best regimen of therapy. Upon leaving you will be provided with a schedule of days and times designed around your plan of care as well as an individually tailored home exercise program.

LRS is a competitively growing physical therapist office, with that in mind we par with several insurance providers and doctors. For this reason, we encourage patients to follow state and federal guidelines as it pertains to the requirement of a script or referral, however some insurances provide provisions for ‘Direct Access’ which excludes a script need, ask our LRS staff if this option is available to you.
